Q. Do the prices include VAT?

A. Yes, the price you see is the price you pay.

Q. How long will my delivery take?

A. For personalised items please allow up to 14 working days and for plain stock please allow up to 5 working days.

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. If you do not have a trade account, payments can be made on delivery or when collecting by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.

Q. Can I pay by credit/debit card?

A. Yes we have a mobile card reader which means you can pay by card on delivery or when you collect your order from Happy Fish. Please note there would be a 1.95% charge when paying by card for orders under £30.

Q. Do I need to create an account?

A. There is no need to create an account, however if you do set one up you can keep a record of your purchases.

Q. Can I return my item?

A. Please view our returns policy for details on how to return an item.

Q. Do you have a shop?

A. Happy Fish is an online company, however if you wish to collect your order please contact us to arrange this.

Q. I want to add embroidery to my clothing but do not have a logo, can you help?

A. For a small fee we can create a logo design for you.

Q. How much does it cost to embroider a logo?

A. Embroidery costs depend on stitch count, amount of colours and quantity. Please email your logo design and the items of clothing you are interested in personalising to sales@hfos.co.uk. We will provide you with a quotation within 1 working day.

Q. Do you provide more clothing options than shown on your website?

A. Yes we have access to many more options, please contact us for more information.
